AGREEMENT TO TERMS

You agree that by accessing the platform, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES

The Clarmony platform offers a services of information regarding activitIes in the field of handicraft artistic ceramics, such as events and exhibitions, courses, workshops, residencies, etc, as described in the platform.

USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The platform may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to text, writings, photographs, graphics, or other material (collectively, “Contributions”).

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
you will not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
your use of the platform will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Associazione Strada Europea della Ceramica has the right to edit, redact, or otherwise change any contributions; to re-categorize any Contributions to place them in more appropriate locations on the Site; to pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor your Contributions.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Associazione Strada Europea della Ceramica has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the platform and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.

The platform may contain links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Content”).

Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content.

Associazione Strada europea della Ceramica has no responsibility for any user or other Content or Contribution created, maintained, stored, transmitted, or accessible on or through the Services, and is not obligated to monitor or exercise any editorial control over such material. If Associazione Strada Europea della Ceramica becomes aware that any such Content or Contribution violates this Policy, Associazione Strada Europea della Ceramica may, in addition to removing such Content or Contribution and blocking your account, report such breach to the regulatory authority.
