The Faenza Art Ceramic Center is an international institution based in Faenza (Italy) which is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the various ceramic techniques.
Every year, we organise about 30 courses and workshops. We select local, national and international masters which teach various ceramic techniques .
Our courses are designed in terms of length and number of students based on the technique we want to teach.
The courses cover the following topics:
– Application and decoration using ceramic glazes;
– The chemistry of ceramic glazes (high and low temperature);
– Sculpture;
– Ceramic wheel throwing;
– Third firing;
– Plaster moulds;
– Specific techniques used by the invited international masters.
